FXYL Tracking

Track and get real-time status updates for FXYL shipments.

What is FXYL?

FXYL is the carrier name used for parcels handled by XYL-ships International Logistics, a cross-border logistics operator shipping parcels out of China to buyers worldwide. Like most operators in this segment it sells to merchants and marketplaces rather than to shoppers, so the name generally appears for the first time on a tracking page rather than at checkout.

Parcels are consolidated in China, moved on an international leg, and then completed by a carrier in the destination country. European destinations are common on this network, and the closing events on a shipment frequently carry the destination carrier's wording rather than FXYL's.

Tracking number format: Most FXYL numbers begin with STKQ or STK, followed by 10 digits and a two-letter suffix; a smaller group begins NUDE followed by 10 digits and two letters

How to track FXYL packages

Knowing where your parcel is makes it easier to plan the day you collect it. With 24hTrack you don't need an account on FXYL's website. Paste the tracking number in the box above and we work out which carrier it belongs to and show you the whole delivery history on one page.

Frequently Asked Questions

My number starts with STKQ or STK — is that FXYL?

Yes. The great majority of FXYL parcels carry a number beginning STKQ or STK followed by ten digits and a two-letter ending, and a smaller group begins NUDE in the same shape. This is the single most confusing thing about the carrier: the letters on your number look nothing like the name on your order, so searching the prefix rarely leads anywhere. The number is valid — paste it into a multi-carrier tracker as-is.

Why is my FXYL tracking stuck?

The usual pause is the international leg. After the export scan a parcel can show nothing for days while it flies and clears customs, then resume when the destination carrier picks it up. A second, shorter pause happens at that handover itself. If your parcel has an arrival scan in your country and then goes quiet for more than about a week, the destination carrier is the one to ask about, not FXYL.

Who delivers an FXYL parcel?

FXYL manages the China-side collection and the international transport, but the parcel is delivered by a local carrier or postal operator in your country. That is why the final events often read in your own language and name a carrier you recognise. Some sellers can also give you a separate local tracking number for that last leg, which is worth asking for if the FXYL number has stopped moving.

Is FXYL reliable?

It is a working cross-border service, and sparse tracking on economy lanes is a characteristic of the service level rather than evidence that a parcel is lost. The practical test is not the carrier's reputation but your own shipment: does it have a first scan, and did it eventually get an arrival scan in your country? If neither ever happened and you are past the seller's delivery window, the marketplace order — not the carrier — is where the remedy is.
