Carrier Delivery Statistics

How long do USPS, Yanwen or YunExpress packages actually take? These numbers come from real shipments tracked on the 24hTrack platform — not estimates. Snapshot: 2026-06-11.

Key Findings

USPS shipments tracked on 24hTrack take a median of 9.6 days from first carrier scan to delivery, with 80% delivered within 12.7 days (sample: 4,850 delivered packages).

Yanwen Express shipments tracked on 24hTrack take a median of 13.1 days from first carrier scan to delivery, with 80% delivered within 30.4 days (sample: 214 delivered packages).

YunExpress shipments tracked on 24hTrack take a median of 12.9 days from first carrier scan to delivery, with 80% delivered within 18.8 days (sample: 116 delivered packages).

Statistics are computed from real packages tracked on the 24hTrack platform. Transit time = first carrier scan to delivery confirmation (outliers under 6 hours or over 90 days excluded). Delivery confirmation rate = share of shipments with an explicit delivered scan captured, counting only shipments first tracked at least 45 days ago; it reflects tracking data availability as well as carrier performance, and is omitted where event data is too sparse to be reliable. Carriers with fewer than 50 delivered packages are not shown.

About This Data

Where does this carrier data come from?

All statistics are computed from 20,195+ real packages tracked on the 24hTrack platform since 2026-03-20. No survey data, no estimates — these are observed carrier scan timelines.

How is transit time measured?

Transit time is the elapsed time between the first carrier scan we observed for a shipment and its delivery confirmation. Outliers under 6 hours or over 90 days are excluded as data errors or re-used tracking numbers.

Why do China-line carriers like Yanwen show a long 80th-percentile tail?

Cross-border economy lines hand packages between multiple networks (origin pickup, line-haul, customs, last-mile). Median times stay reasonable — 13.1 days for Yanwen — but a minority of shipments hit customs or handover delays, stretching the slowest 20% past 30.4 days.

How often is this page updated?

The dataset is regenerated from the live tracking database. Current snapshot: 2026-06-11. Sample sizes grow as more packages are tracked, so figures stabilize over time.
