Track and get real-time status updates for Team Global Express (MyTeamGE) shipments.
24hTrack is a free lookup site, not Team Global Express (MyTeamGE). We don't sell or deliver parcels — we show you the scans the carrier has published.
Team Global Express Pty Ltd is an Australian transport company that carries parcels and freight across Australia and arranges international forwarding. It is the business that used to be Toll Group's Global Express division: Toll sold it to Allegro Funds, and it began trading under the Team Global Express name in 2022. Its domestic parcel network is the one long known as IPEC — Interstate Parcel Express Company — which is part of why one shipment can turn up under several different names.
That rename is the commonest reason people end up on the wrong tracking page. A consignment note printed around the changeover, or a seller's dispatch email, may still say Toll, Toll IPEC or Toll Road Express, and the old MyToll site no longer loads at all — checked again on 3 October 2026, neither mytoll.com nor www.mytoll.com returns a page. The customer portal moved to MyTeamGE at myteamge.com. Every one of those labels points at the same carrier, and a number issued under any of them can be pasted here.
One more thing worth knowing before you go hunting for a number: Team Global Express's own search box takes more than consignment numbers. Its wording is “Enter up to 30 shipments, references, sorry we missed you card numbers or purchase orders”. So the reference a sender passes on may be an internal reference or a purchase order rather than a consignment note, and those are not interchangeable. If what you are holding does not behave like a tracking number, ask the sender for the consignment number specifically.

Tracking number format: 22 digits beginning 64 — a four-digit prefix, a thirteen-digit consignment number, then a three-digit item sequence; items in the same consignment share the middle thirteen digits and differ only in the last three

Yes. Toll Group sold its Global Express division to Allegro Funds and the business began trading as Team Global Express in 2022, while the domestic parcel arm kept the IPEC name. In practice the same shipment shows up labelled Toll, Toll IPEC, Toll Road Express or Team Global Express depending on who printed the label and which system passed the data on — it is one network, not several. Paste the number here and you do not have to work out which spelling is current.
MyToll is gone rather than temporarily down: checked on 3 October 2026, neither mytoll.com nor www.mytoll.com returns a page at all. Team Global Express moved its customer portal to MyTeamGE at myteamge.com. Nothing was reissued in the move, so the number you already have still works — use the carrier's new portal, or paste the number here.
The numbers we see are 22 digits starting with 64: a four-digit prefix, a thirteen-digit consignment number, then a three-digit item sequence. If an order shipped as several items, those numbers are identical except for the last three digits. Do not lean on length alone to work out a carrier, though — several US numeric labels are also 20 to 22 digits, so a long string of digits by itself does not prove who has your parcel. When you are unsure, paste it on the 24hTrack home page and let the carrier be worked out from the number.
Interstate line-haul is the usual explanation. A parcel crossing Australia by road can sit a day or two between depot scans with nothing new to record, and a completed Team Global Express shipment often shows only a handful of entries in total rather than a scan at every stop, so a short gap is normal rather than a warning sign. When something has genuinely gone wrong the timeline tends to say so in plain words — an exception line such as “Your shipment is experiencing a delay in transit” is the kind of entry to look for. If there has been no movement for a week, the sender is the right person to chase: they hold the consignment and can raise it with the depot that collected it.
