SDH Tracking

Track and get real-time status updates for SDH shipments.

24hTrack is a free lookup site, not SDH. We don't sell or deliver parcels — we show you the scans the carrier has published.

What is SDH?

SDH is the parcel brand of 浙江闪电猴供应链有限公司, a Zhejiang supply-chain company that calls itself Lightning Monkey in English — which is why the company name and the three letters SDH look like they belong to different businesses. Its own site, sdh-express.com, says the company was founded in 2019, is headquartered in Hangzhou in Zhejiang province, and concentrates on cross-border e-commerce: international dedicated lines, international small packets and international express, with service described as reaching more than 220 countries and territories. It names Amazon, Wish and Shopify as platforms it works with, and its service lines are branded SDH Global Economy and SDH Global Savings.

Two details from the company's own description explain most of what you will see on your own page. First, SDH says it keeps several alternative providers at each stage — air freight, customs clearance and last-mile delivery — and adjusts routes when something goes wrong, so the carrier that knocks on your door is a local one chosen by SDH rather than SDH itself. Second, it clears parcels under DDP — delivered duty paid — which means the sender settles duty and taxes rather than leaving them to be collected from you at the door. Its site also still advertises T86 clearance for the United States; that entry type was withdrawn when the US suspended its low-value duty exemption in 2025, so a US-bound parcel today goes through an ordinary customs entry and duty can apply unless the seller has prepaid it.

Ships for: Chinese cross-border e-commerce sellers shipping small parcels worldwide, Sellers on Amazon, Wish and Shopify storefronts shipping from China, Third-party logistics providers booking dedicated China-outbound lines, Shoppers whose order was booked by a Chinese shop and finished by a local carrier or national post

Tracking number format: The letters SDH followed by 10 or 11 digits, for example SDH0000000000. Every SDH number on the 24hTrack platform starts with those three letters, so if yours does not, it belongs to another carrier — paste it here anyway and the carrier will be detected for you

Typical delivery time: SDH parcels that ran to a delivery scan on the 24hTrack platform reached the door in a median of about 5 days from the day the number was first checked here, with the slower end around 9 days. That is a small sample, so treat it as indicative rather than a schedule. As with any cross-border line, the quiet stretches are the flight and the customs queue: nobody is handling the parcel, so nobody is scanning it, and a few days without a new event in the middle of the journey is ordinary.

How to track SDH packages

Knowing where your parcel is makes it easier to plan the day you collect it. With 24hTrack you don't need an account on SDH's website. Paste the tracking number in the box above and we work out which carrier it belongs to and show you every scan SDH has published, on one page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is SDH Express?

SDH is the shipping brand of 浙江闪电猴供应链有限公司, which trades in English as Lightning Monkey — a Chinese logistics company founded in 2019 and based in Hangzhou. It carries small cross-border e-commerce parcels out of China on dedicated lines and international small-packet services. It is a business provider, not a consumer courier: the shop you ordered from booked it, which is why the name is new to you.

What does an SDH tracking number look like?

The letters SDH and then 10 or 11 digits — nothing else. Every SDH number we see is in that form. If the number the shop gave you has a different shape, it is probably the shop's own order reference or a different carrier's number; paste it here and the carrier will be identified for you.

Is SDH Express legit?

SDH is a real company with a real tracking system: it publishes its own corporate site at sdh-express.com, names the platforms it works with, and the numbers it issues produce genuine scans. A valid tracking number says a parcel exists and is moving — it does not say anything about the shop that sold you the item. If the scans move through your own country and the delivery scan matches you, the shipping side did its job; if the page shows delivered and nothing arrived, that is a claim to raise with the shop, the marketplace or your payment provider.

Why has my SDH parcel not updated in several days?

The flight and the customs queue are both periods when nobody handles the parcel, so nobody scans it. On a China-to-overseas line, several quiet days mid-journey is normal. A number that shows nothing at all from the start is different: the label may have been created before the parcel was handed over, and only the shop can confirm whether it has actually been shipped.

What do DDP and T86 mean on an SDH parcel, and will I be charged duty?

DDP means delivered duty paid: the sender settles the duty and taxes, so nothing should be collected from you when the parcel arrives. T86 is the other mode SDH's site advertises — a United States customs entry type that used to let low-value parcels clear on simplified paperwork. That is out of date: the United States suspended its low-value duty exemption in 2025 and Type 86 entries are no longer accepted, so a US-bound parcel now goes through a normal customs entry and duty can be due on it. What that means for you is simple. If the seller shipped DDP you should not be asked for anything; if you are asked to pay duty before delivery, that is a customs charge on the goods, not a sign that your parcel is fake — take it up with the seller, who decided how the shipment would be cleared.

Who delivers the last leg of an SDH parcel?

A local carrier or your national postal service, not SDH. The company's own site says it keeps several alternative providers for air freight, clearance and last-mile delivery and can switch routes, so the final courier depends on your country and the route chosen for your parcel. If that local carrier issues you a second tracking number, you can paste it here too — both numbers describe the same parcel, just different parts of the trip.
