Track and get real-time status updates for QEP shipments.
24hTrack is a free lookup site, not QEP. We don't sell or deliver parcels — we show you the scans the carrier has published.
QEP, which also writes itself QEP Express, is the English brand of 上海强焔国际物流有限公司 — Shanghai Qiangyan International Logistics. Its own company profile describes a specialist in international freight and air-freight forwarding, with a delivery network built on partner branches in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan and cross-border transport by air, sea and rail, the rail leg including a China-to-Europe line. The company says that network reaches more than 100 countries and regions, and it sells its own dedicated lines and an international postal service alongside reselling the big integrators. Its office is in Jiuting, Songjiang District, Shanghai.
This is not Q.E.P. Co., Inc., the Boca Raton flooring-tools maker that owns the QEP brand on tile cutters and trowels. The two share three letters and nothing else, which is worth knowing before you chase a tracking number through the wrong company's website.
If a seller gave you a link to shqyexp.com, that is QEP's old address rather than a dead end. Opening it today shows a notice from the company saying its existing website will stop operating and be closed, and asking customers to use www.qepexp.com instead. Both of those names, and cnqyexp.com, belong to the same business — so an old link in an order confirmation can still point at the right company even when the page looks abandoned.
Ships for: Chinese exporters and cross-border sellers shipping out of Shanghai, Businesses buying international air, sea or China-to-Europe rail freight, Orders where the seller booked an express line rather than a postal service
Typical delivery time: QEP advertises three to ten working days for its international express service. That figure covers the transport, not the wait from your order: export declaration, the flight itself and import clearance each add their own pause, and the scans list those steps separately so you can see which one the parcel is sitting in.
Knowing where your parcel is makes it easier to plan the day you collect it. With 24hTrack you don't need an account on QEP's website. Paste the tracking number in the box above and we work out which carrier it belongs to and show you every scan QEP has published, on one page.

QEP Express is the English name of Shanghai Qiangyan International Logistics, a Chinese cross-border logistics company based in Songjiang District, Shanghai. It forwards international freight by air, sea and rail, runs its own dedicated lines and an international postal service, and says it reaches more than 100 countries and regions. It sells to businesses, so a QEP number normally arrives with an order rather than being a service you bought yourself.
No. Q.E.P. Co., Inc. is an American manufacturer in Boca Raton, Florida that sells tile saws, cutters and trowels under the QEP name. The courier on your tracking number is Shanghai Qiangyan International Logistics, an unrelated Chinese shipping company. Searching the letters QEP on their own will mix the two, which is why it is worth starting from the number instead of the name.
It is the old one. The page currently carries a notice from the company saying the existing site will cease operating and formally close, and directing customers to www.qepexp.com for orders and tracking. cnqyexp.com belongs to the same group. So if a shipping email sent you to shqyexp.com, you have the right carrier and an out-of-date link — you can paste the number here instead and skip the question of which address still works.
There is no single shape, which is the honest answer: QEP numbers we see range from plain twelve-digit numbers to forms that start with letters, and no one pattern is common enough to identify the carrier reliably. The thing that does identify a QEP parcel is the scan text — QEP writes every line in Chinese and English together. If your history reads like "快件派送中 OUT FOR DELIVERY", you are looking at a QEP journey.
QEP prints the Chinese and the English on the same line, so the English half is already there: 已收到包裹 PACKAGE RECEIVED when it takes the parcel in, 出口申报办理中 EXPORT DECLARATION IN PROGRESS and 海关出口放行 EXPORT CLEARANCE COMPLETED at the Chinese border, 航班计划起飞 FLIGHT SCHEDULED DEPARTURE and 航班计划抵达 FLIGHT SCHEDULED ARRIVAL around the flight, 进口清关完成 IMPORT CLEARANCE COMPLETED on arrival, then 已抵达分拨中心 ARRIVED AT DEPOT and 快件派送中 OUT FOR DELIVERY at the end.
It means a delivery was attempted and the parcel could not be handed over — nobody in, an address the driver could not use, or a reason the courier did not spell out. It is not the same as a lost parcel, and it is the one line on a QEP history worth acting on quickly: contact the seller, who booked the shipment and can pass on a corrected address or a redelivery instruction. Waiting for the page to change on its own usually does not help, because the next move is being asked of you.
The company advertises service to more than 100 countries and regions and names Russia, the United Arab Emirates, Iran, Saudi Arabia, India, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong among them. The journeys we see on 24hTrack run out of Shanghai and elsewhere in China to destinations including Sri Lanka, Australia and Dubai. Paste the number on the 24hTrack homepage for the status and the scans we have — it is free and needs no account.
