Track and get real-time status updates for JCEX shipments.
24hTrack is a free lookup site, not JCEX. We don't sell or deliver parcels — we show you the scans the carrier has published.
JCEX is the trading name of JCEX International Logistics, a Chinese cross-border logistics company founded in 2000 and headquartered in Hangzhou. The Chinese name on its own material is 佳成国际物流 (Jiacheng), which is where "JCEX" and the JC- number prefixes come from. Its own site describes six lines of business — international express, international small parcels, freight forwarding, cross-border customs clearance, consolidation, and overseas warehousing and fulfilment — and says it reaches more than 200 countries and regions.
It sells to businesses, not to shoppers, so a JCEX number almost always arrives with an order rather than being something you chose. Its stated customers are cross-border e-commerce sellers, and its own site lists it as a provider in Amazon's Service Provider Network; independent company profiles also describe it working alongside carriers such as FedEx, UPS and Aramex on international legs.
That business model is the thing worth understanding about the tracking. JCEX typically carries the parcel out of China, through export and customs, and then hands the final delivery to a courier or post in your country. So the last entries on a JCEX journey are often not JCEX at all — on parcels arriving in the United States, for example, the closing scans regularly read like a domestic carrier's: a local depot, then a mailbox, parcel locker or front door.
Ships for: Cross-border e-commerce sellers shipping out of China, Marketplace and independent-store orders where the seller, not the buyer, chose the carrier, Merchants using it as an Amazon Service Provider Network logistics provider
Tracking number format: Three letters, ten digits, then two letters — most commonly JCZ followed by 10 digits and a two-letter ending that varies with the destination (endings such as DH, IN, YQ and WW are all seen). JCB and longer JCEZ- forms also appear
Knowing where your parcel is makes it easier to plan the day you collect it. With 24hTrack you don't need an account on JCEX's website. Paste the tracking number in the box above and we work out which carrier it belongs to and show you every scan JCEX has published, on one page.

Yes. JCEX is the trading name of JCEX International Logistics, a Chinese logistics company founded in 2000 and based in Hangzhou, which its own site says operates to more than 200 countries and regions. It is a cross-border shipper selling to businesses rather than a consumer courier brand, which is why most people meet the name for the first time on a tracking number from an order they have already placed. It is listed on its own site as a provider in Amazon's Service Provider Network.
Almost always three letters, ten digits, then two more letters. The opening block is usually JCZ, and the final two letters change with the destination country, so you will see endings such as DH, IN, YQ or WW. Variants exist: some numbers start JCB, and a longer JCEZ- form turns up occasionally. If your number has no letters at all, or has a shape nothing like this, it probably belongs to a different carrier — paste it on the 24hTrack home page and the carrier is identified for you.
The two normal reasons are the start and the middle. At the start, nothing appears until JCEX physically receives the parcel from the seller, which can be a few days after you were sent the number. In the middle, a cross-border parcel goes quiet during the international leg and customs clearance — there is simply nothing to scan while it is in the air or waiting to be cleared, and several silent days there is routine rather than a sign of trouble. Movement usually resumes once it reaches the destination country. If more than two weeks pass with no change at all, ask the seller you bought from: they hold the shipment record and are the only party who can open a case on it.
JCEX states coverage of more than 200 countries and regions, but it usually does not make the final delivery itself. On most routes it carries the parcel out of China and then hands it to a courier or postal operator in the destination country, which is the company that will actually knock on your door. That is why a JCEX number often ends with scans that read like a local carrier's — a nearby depot, then your mailbox, parcel locker or front door. You do not need that second carrier's number: paste the JCEX one here and the later scans are shown on the same timeline.
Contact details are published on JCEX's own site, jcex.com, and that is the right place to look them up rather than trusting a phone number from a search result or a message. For a parcel you bought online, though, the seller is usually the faster route: JCEX is working for the merchant, not for you, so the merchant is the party that can ask about a specific shipment or open a claim. Be wary of any call or text demanding a payment to release a parcel — that pattern follows courier brands closely, and nothing should be paid from a link.
