Asendia Tracking

Track and get real-time status updates for Asendia shipments.

What is Asendia?

Asendia is an international mail and e-commerce parcel company, formed in 2012 as a joint venture between France's La Poste Groupe and Swiss Post. It delivers parcels, packages and documents to more than 200 destinations worldwide, and works mainly with online retailers and mailers rather than with consumers directly.

The model matters for tracking: Asendia carries the international leg and then injects the item into the destination country's own delivery network. So an Asendia shipment is usually completed by a national post or a local courier, and the last part of the journey often appears under that carrier's name — or under a different number entirely.

How to track Asendia packages

Knowing where your parcel is makes it easier to plan the day you collect it. With 24hTrack you don't need an account on Asendia's website. Paste the tracking number in the box above and we work out which carrier it belongs to and show you the whole delivery history on one page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who delivers an Asendia package?

Not Asendia, in most cases. Asendia handles collection from the retailer, the international transport and customs, then hands the item to the destination country's postal operator or a local courier for final delivery — USPS in the United States, Royal Mail in the UK, and so on. If your last tracking events name a different carrier, that is the system working as designed, not a mix-up.

Why is my Asendia tracking not updating?

Two gaps are normal. The first is the international leg: after an export scan, an item can show nothing for days while it is in the air and in customs. The second is the handover to the destination carrier, which sometimes takes a day or two to produce its first scan. If your parcel is silent well past the retailer's estimate, ask the retailer for the destination-carrier number, since that is where the live events are.

What does an Asendia tracking number look like?

There is no one format. Asendia handles many services and lanes, so numbers range from all-digit references to longer alphanumeric strings, and items that enter a postal network often also carry a UPU-style number — two letters, nine digits and a two-letter country code. Use whichever number your retailer gave you; a multi-carrier tracker will accept either form.

How long does Asendia take to deliver?

It depends on the service the retailer bought and the lane, and cross-border economy services are deliberately slower than express. What is consistent is where the time goes: the transit clock starts at the export scan, not at your order, and customs clearance at the destination is the least predictable step. Treat the retailer's stated delivery window as the reference point.
