Track and get real-time status updates for 247Express shipments.
24hTrack is a free lookup site, not 247Express. We don't sell or deliver parcels — we show you the scans the carrier has published.
247Express is the brand of Công ty Cổ phần Hai Bốn Bảy, a Vietnamese express delivery company that has been operating since 2005 and is based in Ho Chi Minh City, with a second office in Hanoi. Its own site presents domestic express delivery across Vietnam alongside international shipping, cash on delivery, and — added at the start of 2025 — an economy ground service for heavy and bulky goods.
Its customers are mostly businesses: companies in industrial parks, e-commerce sellers and general shippers, rather than people posting one parcel. So a 247Express number usually reaches you because a Vietnamese seller or a company you ordered from shipped with them.
One thing to know before you read your own timeline: the scans are written in Vietnamese. The entry you are most likely to see at the end is "Phát thành công", sometimes as "Thành công - Phát thành công", which means the delivery succeeded. On this page those statuses are also shown in English, so you do not have to translate them yourself.
Ships for: Vietnamese online sellers and e-commerce businesses, Companies shipping between Vietnamese provinces and industrial parks, Shippers sending heavy or bulky goods on its ground service
Knowing where your parcel is makes it easier to plan the day you collect it. With 24hTrack you don't need an account on 247Express's website. Paste the tracking number in the box above and we work out which carrier it belongs to and show you every scan 247Express has published, on one page.

Often not, and this is the commonest mix-up. A lot of people searching "247 tracking" or "24/7 tracking" mean tracking that is available round the clock, which almost every carrier offers. 247Express is something more specific: a named Vietnamese express courier, the brand of Công ty Cổ phần Hai Bốn Bảy, operating since 2005. If your number came from a Vietnamese seller or a shipment inside Vietnam, this is probably the right page. If you are not sure whose number you are holding, paste it on the 24hTrack home page instead and let the carrier be identified for you.
It means the delivery was completed successfully — the Vietnamese wording for delivered. You may see it on its own or as part of a longer line such as "Thành công - Phát thành công", sometimes with the name of the person who took the parcel. 247Express writes its scans in Vietnamese, which is why an English-speaking recipient can be looking at a finished delivery without realising it. On this page those statuses are shown in English as well.
If the shipment is moving inside Vietnam, a quiet day usually just means it is in transit between depots and there is nothing new to record. On a cross-border shipment the quiet stretch is longer: there is typically no customer-facing scan while the parcel is on an international leg or waiting in customs, and entries resume once it reaches the destination network. If nothing changes for a week or more, the sender is the right person to ask — they hold the booking and can raise it with the branch that collected the parcel.
Its own site offers international shipping alongside the domestic network, so yes on the routes it serves. On a shipment leaving Vietnam, though, the final delivery is generally completed by a courier or postal operator in the destination country rather than by 247Express itself. You do not need that company's own number: paste the 247Express one here and the later scans appear on the same timeline, in English.
